The Ranch Harley-Davidson

Richie & Charlee are the absolute best! Call Richie on the phone let him know what I was looking to do and he got it done. No haggling, no pressure just great customer service with a handshake at the end. Went in to do paper work & got parts from Charlee, she is freaking top notch knows everything about everything especially with her great connections to top brand. She got my CVO set up and has been huge on communication which has been wonderful. The entire process of buy at The Ranch HD was just pure amazing, the customer service is out of this world and this will definitely be my go to Harley place going forward even though I’m 1.5 hours away. Thank you The Ranch for taking care of me. Highly recommended!

Paid for a brand new 2026 fat boy full in cash. I would have expected to be treated better. This place sucks but shoutout to Matt & Cam. They the only ones that care to speak to people. I wouldn’t come here again. I even drive 2.5 hours to Austin to the next dealer to get work done from now on.

This is an iconic location among Harley Dealers in the USA in my opinion. After riding my Harley through all of the lower 48 states, I’ve seen a lot of H-D dealers from coast to coast. Susan’s TheRanch is has a unique and laid back personality. With the new building, there is space to just relax a bit with a cool beverage. The staff always seem friendly and competent and strive to be helpful. I’ve bought my last two Dresser’s from The Ranch HD and feel that it’s worth the drive. They do go the extra mile offering services to compensate for the extra miles needed to visit. I like to believe that they are as fair as they can be with pricing, but I also believe you get what you pay for in the long term. I trust The Ranch H-D and I don’t trust easily.

I was looking to upgrade from my 2021 Road Glide. I looked here in San Antonio where I live but was not happy with the offer made to me. One of my Thin Blue Line brothers, Frank Kahana recommended that I call Richie at your location. I should have listened to him before I even looked locally. Richie was awesome to work with. I had the best service I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Richie made the whole process so easy for me. Several of my chapter brothers from Alamo City Chapter TBL rode with me to get the bike and Richie had everything ready to go when we arrived. I also want to give a shout out for Renee in finance, she was great to work with. The only delay I had was with my own insurance company for the bike. Again, I can't say enough about how happy I was with the process and everything Richie did to help me. You have a great team.
